I’d say Xemnas is somewhere in the 29-33 range, with the Xigbar and the others being more like 33-36; I know you can gray from stress, but Xigbar is a bit much and he seemed to be in his mid twenties in BBS

He grayed because he got norted not because of age but yeah I could see them being anywhere from early 20s to late 20s in Birth by Sleep and therefore anywhere in the 30-40 range ten years later. I get the feeling they’re on the younger side though. Gut feeling. 

Since Xemnas is derived from Terra who can’t be more than 18 in Birth by Sleep or younger than 16 that makes Xemnas in the 26-28 range.
