Animated Starscream: He thinks he’s smoother than he is. His flirting is bragging and cheesy pick up lines. It’s both slightly cringy and funny.

TFP Starscream: He brags and makes himself look as good as possible. He makes really overly grand compliments.

Armada Starscream: Can’t flirt. Has no idea how to react to affection much less give it. Help him. He’s so confused.

IDW Starscream: Can actually flirt pretty well. It’s subtle and well thought out. The dork probably plans out what he’s gonna say. He might get kinda frustrated if you don’t pick up on it. Thundercracker and Skywarp will probably tell you if you don’t pick up on it after a certain amount of time cuz they’re tired of Starscream complaining about it.
