Terra failed to achieve his life’s dream, defeated by his friend, immediately scolded by his father figure, and here comes Xehanort to happily tell him he did nothing wrong like?? I’d jump on any source of validation at that point, I don’t blame him.

Terra from Kingdom Hearts is probably one of my favorite characters because he kept getting used throughout his story and when he picked up a “take no shit” attitude he meant it. When Xehanort stole his body, he left his mind in his suit of armor just to fight the motherfucker and knock him into a bit of a coma.
